Eligibility for Returns:
1. Customers must record a clear video while opening the package (unboxing video).
2. The video must clearly show:
     a. The sealed package
     b. The opening process
     c. The product condition
3. Returns will NOT be accepted if:
     a. No unboxing video is provided
     b. The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Return Process:
1. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
